Welcome
A decade ago I was testing aircraft in wind tunnels. Now I'm teaching robots to think for themselves. In between, I got curious about all the data we were collecting, taught myself machine learning, and never looked back. The thread connecting it all: I'm drawn to problems at the edge of what's possible.
I'm an engineer, researcher, and inventor who splits time between machine learning, robotics, and A.I. Agents. I love digging into complex problems, exploring new ideas, and turning them into real working systems. Here I share the projects and questions that currently have my attention.
I've always been drawn to adventure and new evironments. Right now I am in Pittsburgh, Though I still keep a home in Charlottesville and regularly spend time in D.C. I've lived in Virginia Beach as well and I'm always open to where life and work might take me next.
This site doubles as a personal project to deepen my web development skills and as a commitment to write more often. It gives me a place to share my work, ideas, and what is capturing my curiosity.
